Les Perrières is one of the smallest Climats classified as Premier Cru of the Beaune Appellation (3 ha and 20 ares), located in the North of the commune, at the top of the hillside (250 to 300 m altitude) and facing East; the nearby parcels are Les Fèves, En Genêt and A l'Ecu.

Les Perrières are former stone quarries. Our 2015 is a worthy representative of this sector: a dark ruby color, a nose of blackberries and blackcurrants, slightly smoky (graphite), a full, rich and concentrated mouth, ripe tannins that carry the tannins that carry the wine on a long retro-olfaction. Beautiful today after a light aeration, this 2015 will age very well for almost a decade.
