In January 2025, we were able to participate in the presentation of the program for the anniversary year of the inscription of the Climats de Bourgogne on the UNESCO World Heritage list.
In the presence of 170 partners and patrons, an event brought together at the Château du Clos de Vougeot the actors involved so that this anniversary year would be unforgettable, and so that we could look forward together, with enthusiasm and ambition, to the future.

The opportunity to discover the program of this unique year, which, from January to December, will be marked in all corners of the territory, with a beautiful programming that will combine visits, exhibitions, meetings, shows and tastings!

The Vault of 10 years to celebrate this anniversary

The Caves Patriarche will be naturally engaged in this key year, with an appointment not to be missed, which will take place at the time of the Wine Sale of the Hospices de Beaune, in the fall.

Indeed, 30 years after the closure of its last vault, the Patriarch's House intends to continue pulling the thread, and ensures that heritage traditions are continued.
A new vault will be created, in which 972 bottles and 60 magnums will be locked for the next 10 years. All these 2015 vintage bottles, representative of the most beautiful climates of our two Côtes.

One of the historic cellars of the Convent of the Sisters of the Visitation will thus be sealed upstream of the festivities organized for the 165th Sale of Wines. Closed by means of two keys one will naturally be entrusted to the association of Climats, while the other will be carefully preserved by the Patriarchal House.
On 15 and 16 November 2025, visitors to the Maison present at the great wine tasting of the Hospices de Beaune Wine Sale will have the privilege of being able to taste 2 of the wines locked in this anniversary cellar, known as the "Cellar of 10 years".
